How We Do it

Applications for assistance through the Ed Blewer Assistance Foundation (EBAF) are only available to candidates who have been pre-screened and recommended to the Foundation by EBAF-approved sources.

On a case-by-case basis, and in an amount as determined by the Foundation, the Foundation provides financial assistance in the form of loans to qualified applicants.
